Webmaster Alex posted a thread about his DD who got sick at camp at 2AM while he was working on the boards.....he had to rush to the hospital and forgot to turn the boards back on.

Hi everyone I'm back from the Poconos ..... the weather gods were nice to me ! It was supposed to rain ALL weekend but Saturday and Sunday were sunny and beautiful ..... was cloudy and sprinkly on Monday and full blown rain today .... oh yeah, that's right... I wasn't supposed to be there today.... stayed an extra day because we had some unneeded excitement yesterday.... my father dislocated one of his artificial hips yesterday trying to do something really strenuous... getting out of the car !.. just moved the wrong way I guess....it has popped a couple of times before.... so half of my day off was spent in the emergency room in Wilkes Barre PA! They got him fixed up and gave him an immobilizing knee brace to keep his leg straight...just felt bad for him because he was excited about playing golf with his brother and nephew on Thursday and now that's not going to happen......as usual though he's in very good spirits..... never a dull moment !
The lake house was nice with a nice view from the hammock !
Now it's time to get ready for a week in NH !

I caught up on my reading here, but couldn't possibly do a proper catchup ..... great pics to those who posted, hope those not feeling well are feeling better !

Sounds like his DD is on the mend! A small personal note, I went to the same camp that Alex's daughter attends....but a long, long time ago.

Hey all,

Just checking in. It is awful here right now. It's raining so hard the animals out back seem to be pairing up in twos and forming two straight lines.

We just realized today, that it has been raining since our oldest got her learners permit, to which our youngest proclaimed quick send it back.
