DH and I started dating (on April Fool's Day) in 1981. We actually met the fall before and were friends, but didn't date until spring. We got engaged the following spring. We didn't get married until July of 1984. The reason? We figured one of us should be out of college first.

We've never done that princess breakfast. Amy would love it. What kinds of foods do they serve?

More finals today. By the way, David thought he did well yesterday. Two down. Gotta go wake up kids.

I'm not quite as bad as Chevy Chase in Vacation when they went to Wally World. We plan most of them out and then change if we're not in the mood once we're there.

Last year there was Belle, Mulan, Sleeping Beauty, Jasmine and Mary Poppins. There was a crowd around the lobster tank so maybe Ariel was there... MP it is family style typical breakfast but they have some nordic touches like berry jams etc. Very good and different from the normal fare. It is also set seating too so once you're in at 9 then no one else comes in until 10. This gives the characters lots of time and you don't feel rushed. I highly recommend it. (just don't ride Maelstrom right after the Lingenberries...... )

And contrary to any rumor you hear or post you read I was not asked to leave for getting too "familiar" with any of the princesses.....

Since we are sharing: Dan and I met Sept 90 and got married Sept 92. but he lived 2 hours away (in Akron) when I met him so I moved there in Feb. 91 because that drive got very old after a while!

That was our timeline too. We met in Spet 1983, started dating in November 1983, engaged May 1987, married November 1988.

It certainly is!

Me and Jon met in July '99. Were really good friends and then started dating on 4th April 2000. So we have been together just over 4 yrs now (but I'm pretty sure you all knew that by now LOL)

Also, no real plans for this weekend, we have a bank holiday too so Jon is off work with me on Mon. Then its my birthday Tues but he is back to work Never mind, we shall hopefully see Harry Potter on Monday!!!!!!!

Neil and I started dating in 1984, but then broke up in 87 for several months. We got back together in early 88, engaged in 89 and married in 90.

E, Allen didn't graduate until 1992 and he graduated from high school in 1980! He was a late bloomer. He probably had more majors that all of us on the angel thread put together in the first couple of years of college. I tell him he is well rounded. Actually, he also held a full time job after 1984 as well as going to school at night.

Wow, y'all have been a chatty group since yesterday afternoon.

LK and Lorraine, I'm glad to hear Steve is okay. Mrs. AA would love nothing better than for me to have a bike so she can ride on the back with me (guide dog in side car) but it isn't worth the risk with our girls so young. I can get killed by some other fool driver when they are older though.....

A steel plate in his hand? Didn't Anakin Skywalker start out that way before going over to the dark side? I'd keep my eye on him....

Mrs. AA and I met in college and dated for three years. We were married in Oct the year after we graduated. We celebrate 14 years this Oct.

Since we are all telling dating/marriage stories: My DH and I started dated in May '89 and got married July '93. We waited until he got a good full time job.
