A quick pop in here. We are working on programs here. They got them run off at Kinkos last night. They turned out beautiful!!
We are now Hand stamping them with a beautiful Hydranga (spell) stamp.
The weather is looking good for Saturday! Sunny and 75!
I hope it sticks!
Today is the Bridesmaid luncheon at the Frick and it looks like rain, which means we will be eating inside.

Make it STOP!!!!!!!A bird has decided to use our chimney metal cover as a way to send signals to other birds!! It keeps pecking the cover so its sounds like someone is using a drill in our fireplace. Then it tweets three times between the drilling noises!!! I have gone outside and made it fly away 3x's now. The cats are ready to go up the chimney after it!!!!UGHHHH

Gail, can you get Lew to do some weather reports. Sandi needs good weather on Saturday and I need it on Monday.

The cicadas are really getting loud now. And I can see them flying around when I am driving. I don't think they will be a problem at the party but the graduation ceremony may be a different story.

I had my meeting with the biology teacher and principal. It went fine and I expressed my concerns. The teacher is very nice but I just found out she is a first year techer. Apparently this is a second career for her. I need to get Andrew to complete some missed work and she will give him full credit.

Need to go find some dinner.

I said I was Grumpy yesterday and well, you know how things go sometimes! Today has been a much better day althought I know what would make it even better!

The Sovereign's birthday has been celebrated in Canada since the reign of Queen Victoria (1837-1901).

Sandi - i hope the weather held off for your lunch. it didn't start raining here until 5:30.

My mom just called a little while ago and said that our brother, Steve, got into a motorcycle accident. On his way to work, he saw 2 deer running out on the highway so he slowed down until they cleared, then when he went to start up again, another deer came running out and hit him. I guess there is damage to his hand and I don't know what else - he is in surgery now. Say a little prayer for him please. 2 weeks ago, our SIL's brother was hit w/ an object while riding his bike and was pronounced brain dead last Wednesday. I can't believe these accidents happened so close together.
