Angelrose's Journey

Oh my goodness Christine! What a beautiful little girl. Please tell her all about Jesse. :lmao: We have to get those two together sometime. Say in about 20 years!

Thanks chell. It looks like they took the rain out of the forecast for Saturday. I hope so. I think Ron was there to comfort me too. I know he is close.

Thank you!! Absolutely - Sophia and Jesse are a match made in heaven!! We have 20 or so years to convince them of that!!:rotfl2:

Yes, Angelrose, we will be praying for good weather everyday for you - its such a wonderful time to be there. Chell, you will see all the decorations too...I am so happy for the two of you I could just about burst!!:dance3:

Congratulations chell. What a wonderful time in your lives. I wish you both a long and happy future.

Oh, what a lovely memory, chell! Did you honeymoon at WDW? If so, where did you stay?

Tomorrow would have been Toby's 36th birthday - must find a way to get through the day with joy and not too many tears.:littleangel:

I don't feel old enough to have children in their mid 30's.

 I'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Tonight I'll say an extra prayer for you too.

To me you don't seem like you are old enough to have children that old, especially since I'm 36.

We did have our Honeymoon at WDW. We spent the first 3 nights at the Swan then we moved to SSR. SSR was nice, bet we just LOVED the Swan! We can't wait to get back there.

I've stayed at both too and definitely prefer the Swan...so happy you are going back...a second honeymoon?

Thank you so much for the prayer and good thoughts. It means a lot to me.

I'm weird, I guess...do not have any friends my age...well, two who are older, but most are quite a but younger and we never think about age.

Any news about the Wishes party???

Have lost my mind completely...Toby's birthday is Thursday, not Weds....thought today was Tuesday....sigh.... ;) Honestly, I am not that old!

Don't feel bad, I get confused on the day of the week all the time. ;) You just get an extra day of prayer.

No dessert party booked yet.

This trip was supposed to be a family trip but the family had to back out. So it is just the 2 of us again. Larry is happy. :thumbsup2

I bet you will get in the night you go over when at MK - although it is an awfully busy time...but maybe there will be extra tables..and besides, how many people really know about it?

I'm sorry your family wil not be able to go...but it sure will be wonderful time together for you and Larry!!

Angelrose must be getting so excited!!!

Oh yes, she has to be very excited. Can you imagine how it will be for Jesse's first trip? I'm excited for her!

Today I found out that someone at work's daughter is taking their kids on their first trip the day after Christmas. They have never been before. I've offered to help them plan. They have a 2 & 8 year old.

We weren't scheduled to be in the MK January 1 or 2 but we may have to change that so we can go to the dessert party. The last day for it is the 2nd.

I am excited for Angelrose too - I know I can hardly wait until Sophia is old enough!!

What fun and how kind for you to offer to help your friends plan - a first ever trip -wow!! No that's exciting!! It will be a much better trip with your help...not a good time for newbies to be going though...sooo crowded...it will be very overwhelming.

Any idea where they will stay? Hope they were able to take advantage of the good deals for December.

OMG!!! I did it again...Toby's birthday is tomorrow - December 9th......sigh....I miss him so...we will toast him...but not with his then favorite drink - a Dirty Martini (sounds horrid). I don't drink, but I do have a coke with a teeny bit of Bourbon to toast him on his birthday and angel day. :)

Can you believe Thanksgiving feels so long ago? Oh! Christmas shopping almost done...just a few little things to pick up for Sophia...I really enjoy Holiday shopping...my BFF is Jewish so had to get those gifts in the mail today. I do no Christmas shopping until after Thanksgiving - but not on Black Friday.

Have you finished? Of course, have not wrapped anything that did not need to be mailed!!

I think your dream about Ron was him saying that he will be with you at Disney just like he is with you right now.

Hi Ladies!!

Ohhh Angelrose...Ron was sitting right there with you as you get ready to go to the place you both love so much! You will have such a walk down memory lane. Some of it will bring a lump to your throat I am sure but most of it will warm your heart all the same. It really can be such a place of healing. I love Disney..no matter where my travels take me. And remember, Ron is with you. Every day--everywhere. He is there. What a great time you will have!!

Oh Minnie&Nana...days are easily mixed up. If we have a long weekend I am messed up till NEXT week! How long has Toby been gone? I feel so sad for you ladies...too many goodbyes.

I think you and Larry will have a perfect time too Michelle...you are all flying away from here! Lucky. One year! Goodness...for me it will be 34 this Dec 24. I haven't killed him yet and he hasn't done away with me!!! Then you come back and I go! LOL....

My hubby is in San Diego till Friday..I am enjoying the playtime with my DD and my friends!:rolleyes1 We had Pizza and Cosmopolitans for dinner last nite! WHat a Mum! Good thing she's 25 hehe....

Have a good evening!

Thanksgiving does seem like it was close, then it seems like it was long ago. Odd how that is. It's also odd how the time at home flies by and the time at work drags on. UGH! Today was so slow...

That poor family going on their first trip just doesn't know what they are going into. I told him it was going to be packed. But I told him the 8 year old needs to get the Pirate makeover if there are any spots left, especially since it is 50% off. I LOVE helping people plan their trips. I want to be a WDW travel planner and personal tour guide when we hit the lottery. ;)

Minnie56 we actually got married in July, but since I can't tolerate the heat and we didn't want to deal with crowds we waited until December. I also had hyped up the Christmas decorations so much that Larry decided to go for Christmas decorations over the Food & Wine Festival. Our Honeymoon was his first trip. That's why he's sort of glad this trip is just us again since it's only his 2nd trip. It was pretty busy last year so we didn't get to do as much as we wanted. But we had a good time!

Right now I'm just ready to get out of the office for a while. It's been too stressful in there.

Hello everyone. Now it's funny about getting days mixed up. I woke up from my nap this afternoon convinced it was Wednesday. Nope! It's still today.

Christine, sending prayers for you tomorrow. And no, you don't seem old enough to have children in the 30's. Chuck is going to be 38 on the 20th. He was my Christmas baby. Where did the time go? Just last week he was in kindergarten! Now Jesse is two. It was just a few minutes ago I was holding him as a newborn.

I packed my t shirts and zipped up my suitcase. I have it by the back door for Chuck to pick up tomorrow evening. Then will be leaving on Thursday around 5pm.

Today I did my final vacuuming and washed the kitchen floor. I did my last load of wash. I will collect the last household trash on Thursday. Now all I have to do is wait.

Tomorrow I will call and confirm my two pick ups. The only one I am concerned about is the car to pick me up here at home. I've never had to use them before, so I don't know how reliable they are. I guess they would have to be to stay in business.

reelmom and minnie56 I think you are right. He had such a nice smile on his face. I miss that smile so much.
