Once again I'm overwhelmed by all the support on this board. I appreciate each and every one of you so much!
I'm going to take a minute here and recap my food diary for the week so I'll have it as reference when needed.
3/1:
B--none (yes, I know this is bad!)
L-- WW Honey Dijon Chicken & cottage cheese
D--Roasted chicken breast & cheese sandwich, pretzels
S--Sugarless mint patty, caramel cup
3/2:
B--Berry Burst Cheerios and milk
L--Roasted chicken breast & cheese sandwich, pretzels & cottage cheese
S--Chocolate pop tart
D--Spaghetti, slice garlic bread
3/3:
B--Berry Burst Cheerios & milk
L--Roasted chicken breast & cheese sandwich, pretzels & cottage cheese
D--2 grilled chicken fajitas w/salsa
S--Sugarless chocolate mint
3/4:
B--Berry Burst Cheerios & milk
L---2 grilled chicken fajitas w/salsa
D--Grilled chicken breast, baked potato & green beans
S--Sugarless chocolate mint
Geez! I'm boring with the foods here. I've got to find time to hit the grocery store and stock up. Can you tell my addiction is chocolate mint patties?
I did 3 miles on the treadmill again this evening, and I'm still feeling wonderful. I'm trying to take advantage of how motivated I am because I know there will be days when it kills me to get up and move.
Thanks for the pixie dust, guys. I got it this afternoon, and my eye is all better. Yea! No more glasses for me...they make my head hurt. DS is still battling that eye infection. I feel so bad for the little guy. He's in a great mood, but his eye is oozing this nasty stuff (TMI, I'm sorry). I'm hoping the meds are just making it ooze out of his system so he'll be all better soon (read: tomorrow!)
