I had no problem using it on my android phone except for the wifi until... I could only select myself to change fp's. I was the only person showing up there. But I wasn't the only person it was happening to at the time ie. 2 weeks ago. By the time we left it was working properly again ie. 1 week ago, so I don't think it was the platform.
I REALLY liked using the new iphone version in the parks. It's much better than both the android and old iphone versions. In fact, in some cases it was actually easier to make changes in the app as opposed to using MDE on a computer.
In the parks I used it for everything, wait times, bathroom locations, Fastpass+ times and changes, etc. The GPS worked great. It showed right where we were and where we had to go. It really made the whole Disney experience better.
It's not perfect of course. Although I liked the interface, I think it could use some improvements in how you go from one page to another. In addition, it takes a looooong time to load initially. But once it's loaded, it stays loaded, so every time I turned the phone on, it was immediately available after the initial start up.
