Oh...this is funny...today, the phone rang, and my 2yr DD grabbed it and said, "Hello Mickey Mouse". The guy on the other end laughed and said, "Well, I'm not Mickey Mouse, but I am from Disney!" It was a DVC rep just checking to see if we had received everything from our resale. He was really nice, and got back on the phone to tell my DD that he was, "Getting Mickey's house all ready for her visit."

I don't care what anyone says...service like that is PRICELESS!!! I'm so glad I own!!!

It's great to hear stories like that. Restores your faith in the "Disney Magic" just a little bit. It was certainly very nice of him to get back on the phone with her and make that comment. That went above and beyond.

I agree with Happy Birthday Cat... it does give you a good feeling to hear about that great Disney service we use to see "ALL" the time not just every now and then.. I bet your 2yr was thrilled that Mickey's house gave her a call today!
