Trip Information:

Walt Disney World - January 8-14

Cast:
Me - Ana - 22 - Crazy about Disney; has planned this trip just as much as the wedding itself.

DFi - Joey - 26 - Never been to Disney weirdo! Thinks Disney is like Six Flags. Has a lot to learn! Good thing he's marrying me.

My fiancé and I have been engaged for 11 months and have known each other for 14. Yes you guess it, we got engaged three months into our relationship! Crazy? Nah! Just two people who knew that they loved each other from day one. Aww, how cute, makes me feel all good inside as I think about it. Well we are finally getting married January 7, 2006 at 2p.m. and I can’t wait. I’m having a nice and fancy wedding, the one I’ve always dreamed of, but there’s something else that I keep thinking of. I keep thinking about this happy place where I can act like a child and hug characters, ride cool rides and see amazing firework displays at night. Could it be? Yes, after much begging I got a Disneymoon! I’m going to Disney World on my honeymoon! Come on, dance with me! :cool1: I always wanted to get married in Disney World, but when I told him that, he looked at me like I had two heads so I settled for the honeymoon. :rotfl2:

Now I’m a big crazy Disney person. I love Disney. Everything Disney! I can sit down and watch Disney movies all day if I want to. I’ve been a couple of times, always with my mom and brother, and always had a wonderful time. My best memories of my childhood are in Disney World. The last time I was there, it was for my 20th birthday. I miss it so much. My fiancé, Joseph, has never been. :confused3 Can you imagine? I think he’s weird. Anyway, he thinks Disney is like a Six Flags. :earseek: He drives me crazy every time he tells me that, so every time he mentions it I have to go into this big explanation as to how no one should ever compare the greatness of Disney to Six Flags. I mean, how dare he!? So I convinced him to go to Disney World for the honeymoon by showing him the DVD. He said it looked great and just seeing how excited I got by just watching a video made him want to go. Yeah, right! It was all my nagging that got him to finally agree. Anyway, so now we are just weeks away and he says he can’t wait! I hope he’s being honest! :rolleyes2 I got the Mickey and Minnie wedding ears and guess what; we are wearing them for our last dance which just happens to be “A Whole New World”. Coincidence? I think not! All planned by me! I even have this whole thing that DJ will say before we dance and it’s so cute; it mentions how much I love Disney and why we are going and how I can’t wait to make even more wonderful memories with my new husband and future family (sniff sniff). :smooth:

Since he’s never been to Disney I had to jam pack our days there with stuff to do. He says that he will be needing a nap during the day. A nap? What is that? I don’t nap when I go to Disney World! I move! Move! Move! But ok, fine, if the baby needs a nap then he’ll nap and I’ll just hang out (I seriously can’t nap during the day). So ok, back to my point, we are staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort. He chose that resort, I didn’t! He picked it out all by himself. He loved the theme of it and got all excited and I want him to be happy so we are staying there. We are also on the dinning plan and we have 7-day Magic Your Way passes with Park Hopper and Plus Options. Yay! We also have Cirque de Soleil planned as well as a round of golf. He wants to go to Pleasure Island and well, I’ve never been so I’m excited to go there and dance some. Lets see, what else? Oh I have tons of meals planned; probably waayy too many. I’m going to gain back every pound that I lost for this wedding. We have reservations at the following restaurants:

Hoop de Doo Review
Cinderella’s Royal Table (breakfast and dinner) - We are actually having dinner our first night there, isn’t that romantic? And I also ordered a Cinderella Slipper to be delivered to our table for dessert. On our last day there, we will also be having breakfast here. We can’t live Disney without going to the Magic Kingdom….again.
Crystal Place (lunch)
Chef Mickey (breakfast)
California Grill (dinner)
Biergarten (dinner)
Le Cellier (lunch)
Hollywood & Vine (Fantasmic Package)

So ok, see what I mean? I think I’ll be having plenty of food. I know we won’t have enough credits, but that’s ok, we’ll just pay out of pocket. Hope he doesn’t mind! I’m also having a basket delivered to our room when we arrive; it’s mainly for him, it’ll even have an autograph book (doubt he’ll use it, but I will).

So as I put the final touches on my wedding, I’m counting my days until Disney World. How awesome is it to go to the happiest place on Earth with the person you love the most in this world to celebrate the happiest moment of your life? I’m thrilled and I’m so excited about all of it! I couldn’t have asked for more. Now we’ll just have to wait and see what he thinks about it. Will he like it? Will he take a picture with Mickey Mouse? Will he think I’m crazier than he thought and send me to therapy because of this obsession with Disney? We shall soon find out……

Stay tune for my next installment coming to a computer near you as soon as I get back…!

Only 26 days to go!

:cheer2: :Pinkbounc
