And I wonder why UPS rates are going up

I sent a couple of packages via UPS last week. I used them through paypal. I used my own envelope, and printed the labels on my printer. Yesterday, the UPS man shows up with preprinted labels and envelopes. I don't need those!

Please don't mention THAT word to me right now - just experienced one heck of a weekend because their "new and improved" system they installed for my work 5 months ago still has tons of bugs in it and has NEVER performed correctly.

I had to hand type in 600 labels to get my shipment out in time yesterday. Oh - but their tech called me yesterday to fix the problem they swore was taken care of weeks ago.....

I swear if companies like this just used good old common sense, their bottom line would look a lot better!

I hate to see waste like this, especially when you pay the rates you do.
