and ANOTHER thing about clothing choices...

Since this is a Disney board I will say that since I am a passholder and get up there quite often, we tend to do alot of people watching, our biggest conclusion is that people DO NOT look in the mirror before leaving either their hotels or their rooms! I'm all for comfort but some people go way overboard, either they look like bums or they look like they are ready to walk the streets...........who in their right minds would wear stiletto heels to the parks?

Even the "conservative" pants are horrible.

Right now (at work), I have on a pair of Lee Riders (for Women) Cargo Pants which I got in the Kohl's misses department. They are a size 8 and fit fine in the hips and legs. When I sit down, the waist sticks way out and everyone in the office can see the top of my Jockey French Cut Underwear. I don't know why they do this because I am not "curvy". I have more of a thin, athletic shape with a minimal waistline. I have a belt on try to keep the waist in but it's not working. I have a sweater on but because the manufacturers are being cheap on material, so it is riding up my back. I'm trying to stay in my seat.

I have this problem with every pair of pants. I never used to. My pants used to EASILY cover my Jockey French Cuts. Not so anymore--everyone in the office knows what I wear now. If they look hard enough they could probably find the size on them too!

My dd is 15, weighs 114 and wears a size 7 pants. But a store like Aeropostle she wears a 5/6 and they are huge on her. Anyway, her best friend is 5'2 and weighs probably 115 squeezes herself into 1/2, 3/4. She had to go to the Dr' this week. She has yeast infection. The first thing the Dr' told her was to get cotton underwear and stop wearing tight pants.

girls in their teens and early 20's can't stand to wear high waste jeans-it is part of their generation. I'm from the late 70's, early 80's when hip huggers went out of style, so I guess what goes around comes around.

I have to admit my ds6 has this problem. He has a belly and no butt and pants won't stay up all the time, even elastic waists. I'm hoping he'll grow another inch taller soon and the problem won't be as bad. Believe me, we try on lots of pants. For every 6 pairs we try maybe one will fit. I feel bad for him though.
