How about this for a graphic...

Sailing-the-wonder-for-web.jpg

Does anyone know how to size it down for signatures once we get the one we like?

I can also post the full size one if someone is interested once we decide on the graphic.

Laura

Yikes... I just noticed the text was crooked so I will fix that if you like this graphic

Laura--These graphics are GREAT, and I really love the title of "Cruising into a Wonderful New Year"!:thumbsup2

Can we add this to the first post so we can keep a running tally of who's on board? Also, do we want to do a FE and if we do we might want to add who's participating to the list.

Unfortunately the OP of this Thread dropped off this cruise, so we can not edit it.

As lucky1 said the OP dropped out of this cruise, but since lucky1 and I decided I would be keeper of the FE list (lucky1, my spreadsheet matches yours!!!) and I am also the second poster, which should be close enough to the top to easily find, I will edit my 1st post to include this list. :surfweb:

Just let me know if you want to be included on the FE and we will get all the pertinent info as we get closer to cruisetime. :woohoo:

Marcy - Congratulations on the gold status. This is our 3rd cruise, so we have a ways to go to get to Gold. We have MR booked in April!
With the gold status you will be able to book Palo's sooner. YOu will enjoy it. We have done Dinner and Brunch. I may be the only one but I did prefer dinner over Brunch. Most prefer the Brunch. Since we are not going to be on he magic I am going to miss the Palo server we had on our Oct cruise. He was great.

I have heard that they have more stuff on the longer cruises aboard the Magic. Like pirate bandanas, streamers for the send off party ect. Do you guys thing they will have those little "extras" since it's the Wonder? Has anyone been on a longer Wonder cruise? I was looking at our itenerary and saw that CC is the last stop, I hope they don't take the decorations down before we get there. I'm really excited to see the island all done up. When I asked my TA about the decorations she said that Disney hasn't decided when they are taking all the stuff down yet. I wonder where they store the decorations for CC? Do they take it off the island or store it there?

Laura, Everything I have read says they prefer Brunch. :) We did not do Palo on our last cruise and since we don't want to give up one of the restaurants, we are thinking about doing brunch. :flower3:

If they do it like at WDW, then they have a specific area and building that everything is stored in. Since there is a whole side that we can't see that is a possibility. We know there are some buildings there for the skeleton crew that lives there (at least there should be!!!).

Terri - I would think they would have these for the longer cruises, at least I hope, plus all the "at Sea" things they do each day.

On our October 2009 Western Cruise, they didn't give out streamers for the sail away party only the cast Members had them.(we brought our own) . The pirate bandanna were cut in half. But I heard they will do some extra stuff on NYE, such as a big party and balloon drop.

I am wondering if they will have the Toy Story show or a different one? Since we have only been on the Magic, not sure how different things will be since this ship comes off from doing shorter cruises to longer cruises.

One thing they did tell me is that they get everything they need for that cruise at PC or will barter for something (if it food related from other cruise ships in the same port), but they never get anything from their ports of call.

That's interesting, I wonder if it has anything to do with customs and the ban on outside produce/plants.
I was also thinking last night that I hope they don't do less of a party if the ship has the small amount of people that it seems like it might have. As long as they don't cancel this one I'll be happy! I wouldn't mind a less than full ship! My Dream cruise in Aug 2011 has been almost full since the begining of this year. :scared1: Can't wait to see the line for the aquaduck!

From what I am reading the ship will sail close to full, they will offer TA incentives or other offers as time passes.. Full is kind of a relative term since you can have every room occupied with 2 persons, but on a full ship, there could be 3 to 4 people per room. But they will never go over capacity ;)

Darn... Why is airfare so high! I have been checking almost daily for airfare from Arizona to MCO and it is so expensive. Hopefully when SW comes out with their rates next week, prices will drop for a while.

FYI.. we don't have our airfare yet for this cruise.
