Many newcomers may not know the pin term "Rusty Nail", that I believe was first used here on the Dis Collectors Board.
Most collectors know what a Holy Grail pin is. (That "Must Have" pin of the moment.)
Some know (or soon will) what a "Rusty Nail" pin is. (The untradable pin that sits in our bags or collection that we can't seem to trade fairly.)
Recently I helped a friend aquire a HG. They in turn mailed me a HG pin -- AND A RUSTY NAIL pin.

And yes, it does have a standard pin prong back.
