Morning Liessa just quickly catching up!!! Love the plans for the day!!!!

My last two trips I had booked massages for our "off" day at the parks. But then, when push comes to shove and I can add another park day on for a couple bucks as opposed to a $80 massage and I see those buses heading out to the parks I waffle. I think to myself, I can get a massage at home but can I soar through California, or see Donald's butt sticking out of the back wall and I cancel my massage and head to the parks. Should be noted that I STILL have not rebooked a massage at home yet.

See?!?! That's totally me!! The problem is, I'm already up to a 10 day hopper. So, I'm looking for cushy things to do that AREN'T in the parks.

That's just my dorky way of dealing with Fast Passes. It's easier to say FiP than FP, and snazzier too. I unashamedly stole it from GirlBomb here in the Boards.

Glad to hear of one good report on ME being quick! I would love for her to start off with some whiz bang theming- and what is more "bang" than the Tiki Ceremony? This will be a Sunday, in the evening----- however, it is on Labor Day weekend. Think it'll make a difference?

They changed ME so if you have no questions or issues you go right through at a little stand instead of everyone waiting in a long line at the desks. This really made things quicker. I think she will be fine on Labor Day Sunday.

BTW - I agree - I don't think there are any FP's during EMH.

9:00- Check out of the POP, and head over to our next tropical paradise home

Explore the POLY, swim, take pictures, settle in, etc...

11:30- Massage at the Grand Flo Spa (the cheap one....... at $75 )

I don't think you are giving yourself enough time. Maybe I am used to having a kid with me. I think you should get out of POP at 8 if you plan to do this much at the Poly.

Afternoon- Head to MK - (focus on Toontown and Main Street)

Lunch at Pecos Bills (chicken wrap)

Last time we had this it was horrible. I'm just sayin'

5:30- Back to POLY for Tiki Lighting Ceremony at 6:00 (I really hope and pray LeeAnn arrives in time for this, but if not this, for sure in time for our ADR!!)

Cool. I want to see this too!

6:40- ADR at 'Ohana- (prepare for a pig out- including a $13 "Luau in a pineapple" )

8:00- Back to MK for parade and fireworks (?- may skip in lieu of riding SplM., JC, and BTMRR at night)

'Ohana... one of my favorite meals at WDW!!!!!!! Keep in mind it is rare to get seated on time. I would suggest getting there by 6:30. Hopefully you will get seated by 6:45. I don't think you will be done with your meal and in MK at 8. I will bet you on it. So here is what you do...

1) Arrive at 'Ohana at 6:30.
2) Request a window seat. They will tell you they can't guarantee one. Smile at them and say OK but it would be great if we could.
3) Sit down at your window seat by 7.
4) Enjoy the first 1/2 of your meal.
5) Watch Wishes from your table while drinking your LUAU! (the music is piped in ya know!)
6) Finish eating and head over to MK!

8-12- EMH at MK- who knows what kind of trouble we'll get into in 4 hours!?

The paste I ate tasted kinda like spearmint gum...

1 1/2 hours to get from MCO to the Poly should be okay. I think that's usually the maximum that they say it'll take door to door.

If you are getting at 75 dollar massage, I'd also take some time to enjoy the facility if you are a spa kinda woman.

I have to agree, if your going for the $75 massage, defintely leave enough time to enjoy the whirlpool and relax a bit more. Get your full money's worth out of your time there.

Oooh a massage at the GF?! How nice! I've never looked into those. Just out of curiousity..what is the cost for the most expensive one? I'm sure it's R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S!

Um..about FP's during EMH's..I think it just depends on what ride. For example, I know Peter Pan usually keeps distributing them during EMH's, but other rides like Space and BTMRR usually run out of FP's before EMH's start and then they don't start them back up.

Hi Liessa !!! I now have to wait till June to be sure what I am doing in the Fall as far as a Disney trip!! After my Escort Meeting I know I am going to Lake George in June and she indicated if that went well I would go on a Disney trip this Fall!! So the prospect of a free trip is so exciting !!!This could turn into an every year free Disney trip!!!They do them from april thru Sept !!I am hoping to do one in Sept !!! If so we may meet up although my time will be more limited I think if our dates coincide it will work!!!!

I was wondering about whether that chicken wrap was any good or not. One of the goals of this trip is to make it without 1 single burger- not EVEN one! So, I need to find a better creative soemthing to eat at MK. Maybe getting a taco salad would be a better choice?? Anyone try one of those?

Oh, tink, they go from like $75 bucks up to $300!!!! Depending on what add-ons you want. Scent this or that, Whether it's Swedish or deep or pregnancy. They price by the hour, actually, it'd just be more fun for you to see the "menu". Take a look, and gasp for yourself!

I think we ladies will be having SOOOOOOOOOOO much fun getting to know each other- for the first time, AND again- that the time will just fly by!! Luckily there is an MK EMH, so we can really enjoy our meal AND get some park time in!

You know, it could be better for you. I just know the one we had last march was not good. It DIDN'T taste like chicken... more like cardboard.

Oh I'm sorry.. I was under the impression that EMH started at 8 meaning Wishes was at 8. You should be fine with the 10pm Wishes.

If it is anything like the massage I had on my honeymoon, there is a full spa. Saunas, hot tubs, different pools, a guy giving you a sponge bath....I think I've said too much.

I was in Hawaii and it didn't get nasty. That was my first and last experience with a spa!

I've been wanting to reprint this for a long time; now seems like the most apprepriate time! Since issues like curfew making are coming up. Let's take a look to refresh our memories on what is allowed and what is not...


This was originally posted last July!! Can you believe it's been almost a year!??!!

We, the Ladies of The Chosen 3, in order to form a more perfect vacation, establish childlike wonder and fun, ensure touring tranquility, provide for the common enjoyment, promote the general sense of satisfaction of money well spent, and secure the blessing of liberty to ourselves and our whims, do ordain and establish this Constitution for The Ladies of the Chosen 3.

Article I- Qualifications of The Chosen 3

We, Ladies of the Chosen 3 must have a deep-seated sense of fun and adventure and an unbounded sense of wonderment waiting to be unleashed at all times, beginning with their journey towards WDW.

They must be daring, to the extent that anything might happen at any time, such that as a handshake, hug, or even an impromptu waltz could happen with Pooh Bear without the slightest bat of an eye.

Each lady must bear the name of The TC3 with the utmost pride, being a full participant in each laughable moment from the planning to the remembering!

Each must also be extremely congenial, dealing with blisters, heat, rain, missed ADR's, closed rides, and any other expected or unexpected circumstance with grace and charm. (we are always like this anyway, so no worries-but in the face of war, one's true character is revealed)

Article II- Decision Making

All major vacation decisions shall be made by The Chosen 3 collectively, with the understanding that any one of the parties can veto at any time by choosing not to participate.

However, if one party member chooses not to participate in an activity requiring reservations, she must notifty the TC3 ADR coordinator in time to cancel without big deal ramifications.

Article III- Whining and Complaining

Each TC3 Lady agrees NOT to whine, moan or complain (this includes eye rolling!!) about the plans that have been made!

However, husbands, other family members, previously mentioned sworn enemies and other facets of our routine lives are all fair game!

Article VI- Grace and Understanding

Each TC3 Party Member shall recognize that the others will have come for various reasons, motivations, and means. Therefore, each TC3 Member will give grace, patience, and understanding during the U.L.T.t.W.D.W. (Ultimate Ladies Trip to WDW) If someone says "no", there shall be no cajoling, teasing, pushing or putting down. Let's face it, while one may want a balloon, another may want an hour alone.

The Obligatory 10 Amendments:

I. NO farting in the bedroom!! but the bathroom and balcony areas leave every freedom for flagrant flatulance-let 'er rip ladies!

II. The TC3 remain the right to laugh at each others' character interactions. And NO laughing at each others' arm flab during hugs or poses- especially Soldier #'s.

III. Each Member must act and feel childlike during the trip. If skipping down Main Street, or buying a 3rd Mickey bar facilitates that, then it can and will happen!

VI. maroo agrees to eat her zucchini and cucumbers at each meal, or she must ride the tea cups twice in a row!

V. Sneak photos of immature behavior is absolutely allowed, but the others must ask permission to post them first- especially if there is arm flab in plain sight!

VI. The Ladies of the TC3 agree NOT to laugh at the others' most likely riciculous purchases. One woman's treasure is another's rejectamenta.

VII. NO throwing hissy fits for getting trounced on Buzz or TSM. Let the high score speak for itself.

VIII. Soldiers #'s 1 and 3 will agree to accomodate maroo's obsession with the hot tub at least once or twice. But, I say a margharita by the pool afterwards baby!

XI. Belly laughs, tears of joy, random glasses of wine, and impulse purchases are all allowed, and in fact, encouraged.

X. No Soldier will withhold their meal from a food art picture. All must be properly recorded and goggled over.
