An introduction

Hiya,

For those who don't know me - hello! I tend to show up mostly on the Community Board... however....

My DBF is starting Atkins tomorrow. I've bought three books (the New Diet Cookbook, Quick and Easy Recipe Cookbook, and the Carb Counter thingy) and I've devised his first seven day menu for the first part of the induction diet and we are going to see how he gets on!

I guess I just wanted to come on here and take a nosey round, keep an eye out for recipes and tips etc and I didn't want to do so without letting you know I'm here and Hello

Will you be following the Atkins plan along with your boyfriend or are you just here to help him? Either way, I'm glad you're here.

Thanks for your welcomes....

I'll just be helping DBF out by helping him plan his meals and cutting out temptation by not having carb-filled stuff in the house but I won't be joining in (tho' will be eating some of the meals right along with him, they sound great )

Sorry to not have been in chat Katholyn, so busy right now with my web design business...

I'll look forward to reporting his success, cheering on other WISHers for their success and reading up on hints!
