if you are going at xmas and even think you might need an ecv, better have your own. ie, reserve now. parks give out, disney calls rental companies, then rental companies give out. got this from walker mobility just now, a rental company, but ... i believe them. boards have already said so too. walker says then other rental companies call them because they have the largest fleet. that might be 'puffing' but passing it along anyway.
