An Early Marathon Question

Hi everyone. I will be running (hopefully finishing) the marathon next January. Does anyone know if they offer any discount packages for the runners? Can anyone recommend which hotel I should stay at for the shortest crawling distance from the finish line -- I was thinking about the Swan. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
