Not really, Ill rent out VGC studios for $25-$30 pp over holidays. Then take that money and do a points transfer from another Member at $17-$19 pp and book a disneywolrd room. That difference is a weeks worth of food or an annual pass

If you buy VDH, the chances of getting VGC at 7 months are slim...it is hard to do that even know if you don't own there.

Taxes on that rental income wipes away most, if not all, of that price difference. And I don't think VDH (my original comment was based on renting out VDH points) will command the same rental rates given how much bigger of a resort it'll be.

Not when your contracts are in a trust account that has other properties. I think it will. Also of people don't like the VGC because it old and loud
