An already overplanned, April 2013 PTR.

Joining in, I'm not going until Sept 2013 but I too am OCD when it comes to planning. Driving myself a little squirrelly but I love it and keeps my mind off how long I have to wait.;)

:welcome:

Being a CRAZY planner, makes time fly in my experience! When we decided to go, it was 397 days, now it's 262 but it feels like only a month has passed. Of course, I'll have ALL the planning done ridiculously early, and the last 60 days will take 17 and a half years to go by. :rotfl:

I'm currently working on our ''touring plan". It isn't so much a layed out schedule as most touring plans. It's more of a list of attractions that we want to do, plus locations for character meet and greats. Right now the whole thing is just organized by what areas of the park (doing MK right now) things are located, but I'm about to start laying it out in order of location. I'll be able to slip the Fantasyland Expansion stuff as they open.

That's pretty much what I'm doing too. Where are you getting your character greeting info.? I'm using kennythepirate.com & it has been great:cool2:

Same here. He keeps everything updated REALLY well. I've seen character info on a bunch of sites, but none of them seem to really know what characters are in the parks at any given time. They just have a list of characters you might see. Since Kenny works in the park, he has good info on what characters are there. Plus, he has a detailed list of what times shows are each week. It's updated for the new week every Saturday.

I've had great luck with ADRs so far! Grant it, we are going at a low attendance time of year, but Ive gotten every ADR for the exact time I've wanted, so far! This morning it was T-Rex. Tomorrow is '50s Prime Time Cafe. 3 down, 6 to go!

One day left! I'm a little worried about this last one...It's for Be Our Guest. I am crossing my fingers that I get it!

I'm talking to myself now, but I don't care! I'm posting it anyway.:rotfl:

My ADRs are all done now! YAY!:dance3:

Breakfast: 8:00am 1900 Park Fare

Fri. 26th- MK
Lunch: Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe
Dinner: 6:00 Be Our Guest

Slightly different than what we had decided a while back. Not much. Basically we decided to get rid of Pecos Bills and add Be Our Guest for QS lunch.

Okay, so my EXTREME want to eat at Le Cellier was revisited this evening and I finally got the rest of the family convinced to eat there! Yay me! So, on our Epcot day, we are having dinner at Le Cellier instead of at Coral Reef. I no longer feel like I am settling for mediocre food. The reviews for Coral Reef are pretty crappy.

Double digits! Woot!

So, here's our finalized ADRs. Well, final for now...:rotfl:

Just found your (not lame) PTR and am subbing in! Fellow April 2013 DIS'er here! :cool1:

I finally learned how to put images on here! Yay! So I'm going to add the photo to the first post that I wanted to put there.

So.....The ADR shuffle continues. Since they announced the food booths for Flower and Garden Festival, I've been that a "snack around the world" dinner would be a good idea so that we have a chance to try all the noms that will be there. Of course this means that I have to give up Le Cellier, which I fought for, but I think I'm okay with it. I'm not, but I'm also not okay with passing up the food booths. Something had to give, and the way I see it, Le Cellier will be there if we ever make it back. :upsidedow

Awe....Le Cellier is one of our absolute favorites!!! You should definitely try to work it back in. But, I am excited about the F & G snack booths! ::yes::

I just cancelled our lunch ADR for Le Cellier (still have the dinner ADR). The way I see it, if the menu and prices are going to be the same all day, why go twice? I didn't schedule anything in place of the cancelled ADR. Now that I know about the F&GF food booths, I'm just planning that to be a snack-around-the-world lunch day. Looking forward to it actually!

I wish I could work it back in. We only have one Epcot day though, and we aren't doing park hoppers. Oh well. We are planning to go back in 2015, so I'll have another chance.

I am too! It still sucks getting rid of Le Cellier, but I am looking forward to it. I'm hoping they add the cheddar cheese soup to the Flower and Garden booths. It will remove some of the sting. :rotfl:
