Jane, you will be up to regular pushups in no time! I don't think it matters about the extra weight, just the strength in your arms. Keep at 'em and you'll be surprised at how strong you get!

That is so exciting!! Only a few more weeks now...won't it feel great to put on that dress that fits now and have it loose for the wedding? You can go crazy eating AFTER the ceremony. BUT, here is the good part! I came home, calculated everything out, and those 2 things were the same amount of calories as my lunch and snack. So I made out OK! I was too stuffed to eat anything until dinner, so it worked out!! The bad thing is that we were so busy I didn't get a chance to work out.

I had my Monday lunchtime class and I estimated the sandwich at 330 calories. I think that is accurate. There was no mayonnaise or anything, so it might be an over-estimate. Better over than under, right? I got my walk in and went to the gym.
Official weigh-in this morning was at 135. I was a little disappointed because I have been so diligent with my eating this past week. Oh well. Thanksgiving is tomorrow, and I already have a plan on FitDay. Since it is at our house, I should be able to keep things under control (I know what foods will be there!). I am planning on some treats, but I am going to keep my calories around 1600. Just because there is an abundance of food does not mean I have to eat it! Totals (1326 cal, 80oz water):
