Well, I did 40 minutes on the elliptical, but no Pilates & weights. I was just too beat! My official weigh-in is 137, which is the same exact weight I have been all week. Ive been weighing myself daily and it hasnt budged. Am I EVER going to lose another pound?

Sometimes it doesnt seem like it! Oh well, I will keep doing what I am doing and not get discouraged. Like Ive already said, my clothes fit better so I will focus on how good that makes me feel!!
The pork chops were not thawed out in time for dinner so we ended up having grilled turkey-n-cheese sandwiches (and I also ate a can of carrots). DB had chips with his and I was tempted to have some Cheetos, but I didnt! My dinner was still 2 carbs, 1 protein and 2 veggies, which is the same ratio it would have been if I would have been able to make the pork chops
This weekend we are going up to our property in northern AZ. We bought a travel trailer and we are going to take it up there tomorrow morning (and leave it). It is a 3 hour drive and I dont know why, but every time we make the trip I always feel obliged to pig out in the car. Not this time! One thing that stinks though is that I cant drink my usual amount of water since I dont want to have to stop every 45 minutes for a potty break. Ill have to wait until we get there and drink it all then (better find a bush I like!).
