I did great yesterday!
I resisted the urge to not go to the gym, and I didn't snack when I got back (even though I really wanted to). And look at me go - I actually went to the 7am On the Ball class this morning!
I really liked it except that Bosu Ball is TOUGH! I need to keep going - I thought I had good balance, but I was humbled in that class (at least I wasn't the only wobbly one!)... After the class I did 30 minutes on the elliptical. So it's just after 9am and I have already done 90 minutes of exercise!
Now, I just need to keep my eating in check so I can see some great results...
I had to cancel my fitness assessment this afternoon because my SIL called and wants us to come over for enchiladas. She is 1/2 Hispanic (so is DH), and her husband is 100%, so she makes some awesome Mexican food! I will have to behave somehow...
Yesterday I drank 100oz of water; 2 cups green tea; 16oz NoCarb Blueberry Green Tea; and a DC:
6:15am: Chocolate Oatmeal
9:00am: FF Cottage Cheese; Flax Seed Wafers
11:45am: Leftover Meatloaf; Broccoli; Quaker Multigrain Minis (9)
3:00pm: Egg Whites (2); Babybel Light; Apple
7:00pm: EFL Chili Relleno Casserole; Zucchini; Quaker Minis (finally gone); EFL Vanilla Mousse
WORKOUT: Walking (40min); Lower Body Weight & Abs (30min); Treadmill (30min)
RESISTED: Boss's Candy Dish

Kate, you were right - I am glad I went to work out. And I had to stop in Walgreens to get some salsa (it's right next to the gym) and they had a HUGE bin of Hershey Smores and Caramel bars - 5/$1. I actually had 5 in my hand and put them back!
Jane, you will get through the parties and STILL be in the 140's! Just kick up your workouts and you can indulge (a little!)
