Hmmm, I was doing fine yesterday until dinner. I am surrounded by BFL sabotagers! My friend (that just moved here from NY) wanted to see Brokeback Mountain and since DH said there was no way in he** he was going to see a movie about gay cowboys, we went yesterday. It was so depressing!

And of course we had to drive past a PF Changs and she just HAD to go there for dinner after the movie! But I did behave as much as I could. I did not get a single cocktail!

And I was dying to try a Bomb Pop Martini... I also got a dish without breaded chicken (and only ate 1/2) and of course chose brown rice. So really, besides the sauce in the dish, I had protein, veggies and a carb, which is in line with BFL. I was at 136 this morning, so I must not have screwed up too bad! I drank 80oz of water, at least 32oz of iced tea and a can of DC:
7:45am: Egg Beaters (1/2c); Oatmeal
10:00am: Balance Bar
1:15pm: Egg Salad Sandwich (1 whole egg, 2 whites, 1tbsp FF mayo, mustard); Carrots (10 baby)
6:30pm: Mango Chicken (1/2 order); Brown Rice (3/4c)
8:15pm: Lettuce Wrap (that we brought back for DH); Kraft Caramel (1)
WORKOUT: Weights (30min); Treadmill (30min)
RESISTED: Movie theater popcorn; cocktails; Hershey's Kisses; Ice cream

Jane, I am SO glad you decided to take the BFL challenge with me! It is great that you are able to stick with it. You are a big motivator in keeping me on track. We can do it!
Karyn, I know you will get through this tough time with DS. It took me a LONG time to finally accept the situation with my DS and realize that it is going to be the same and there is nothing I can do about it. You are right about the free day. I had my Corn Pops for breakfast like I wanted to and I also had pudding! But I plan on being reasonable since I don't want to screw up all the hard work I accomplished this week!
Jamie, I've heard lots of BFL success stories, that is so inspirational! I like Vegas. I like gambling and fortunately I am one of those people who can set aside an amount for that purpose and when it is gone, I am done. People watching is interesting. A lot of people are

and

and

and you wonder if they bothered looking in a mirror before they left the house...
