Amy's no more dieting journal-Comments welcome

I am not as hungry today but I had to go by the grocery store this afternoon and I was hungry.I wanted an apple danish soo bad.I came very close to buying a mini one but my weigh in tomorrow kept me on the right path.


I am tired but wanted to check in .

I was a little below my target calories today.I need to get better at that.

Exercise-shred level 1 and 5 miles walking.My total miles is now 18. I am going to make the 20 for the week!I am involved in a exercise challenge on another message board.

Water-didn't keep up with my total too well but I know it was at least 100 ounces

Rachel is still sick-6th day of fever.Hopefully she will have no fever tomorrow and our weekend will be alot easier.

This weekend I am not going to get to my sister's house as planned.Rebekah has to play in a tournament that I didn't know about.She missed the last practice and the coach forgot to tell me.We are going to try to go next weekend.

Well its after 1:00am and i am starving.Gotta go to bed or I will eat.
 
I lost 1 pound
Kind of frustrating since I exercised every day and stayed close to my 1200 calories each day.
 
I spent today outside watching Rebekah play in her first tournament.They played 6 games between last night and today and got 2nd place.I am so proud of her and myself! Why myself? Because it is this kind of weeknd that used to ruin my diet/exercise.I took my food,drank a ton of water and ate NO junk.We went out after for my MIL bday at a mexican restaraunt.I ate not a single chip because I knew I wouldn't be able to stop eating them.Then I ate fajita chicken and two tortillas.I was exhausted when I got home and almost skipped doing shred but I did it.I feel strong tonight.

Love to hear your strange in perspective and feeling positive about yourself! Sorry that Rae is sick, that must be tough on you and her. I hope she'll be better soon.

No I've been bad I have not done the viseo yet...keep meaning to, but just haven't but on the plus side, now that it is fianlly nice out agian up here in Chicago I've been meeting the kids 1/2 home from school and walking home with them. It's about 1.2-3 mile walk from school. I'd go all the way, but my Rae can't do that walk both ways. So even though I'm not fully huffing it, I am getting up and moving more on a regular basis. We did it 2 times last week and should get 4 out of the 5 days this week.

Still need to get up and do that video though! I'm gearing up for a 5K Autism Walk on May18th and my brother want d be to do and all night bike ride in July (about 20-25 miles) so I said yes :scared: Hopefully DH will pull out my bike and our trailer from the basement this weekend and I hope to ride at least 1 day a week a few miles with the baby in tow.

I'll keep you posted. oh and another mini highlight last night after dinner everyone had mini ice cream snadwiches, except me! good girl:thumbsup2

I am still staying within my calories or close to them every day.Today I made a treat for the kids and overdid it a little but at least they were WW cupcakes.I have no willpower.:sad2:

I walked 4 miles tonight with 3 of them at 4.0 mph.I don't have a heart monitor but I was pouring sweat and my DH was afraid to go to bed-thought I might pass out.I also ran at 5.0 mph for a minute twice.I would love to get on the treadmill or go outside and be able to jog/run.
