Thanks everybody!
Well I was a bit of a naughty girl last night. I had: two pieces of pepperoni pizza, 4 Coors Light Beers, and about 1/3 of a bag (as in full bag, not single serving) of Nacho Cheese Doritos. Lunch was a chicken breast, breakfast was some sunflower seeds, some grapes and two bites of a brownie. Not a great day. I don't know what is with me and the chips and beer. I think the spirit of a football loving man has taken up residence in my body. Chips and Beer, Beer and Chips every darn weekend lately. Oh well. No chips left since Dan and I polished them off last night. And I didn't exercise either. I am hoping to get an hour in today. Today's food has been better:
Breakfast: cheerios with skim milk
Lunch: Spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's (no fries, no mayo) and diet coke. I have 80 oz. of water thus far. I need more since my sodium intake was so high last night. We are grilling chicken Italian sausage tonight. I love this stuff, I get it at my Super Target. Its got 70 calories per 2 oz and is made with chicken breast, some green pepper and a few spices. No nitrates, no msg, none of that stuff. 4 Grams of fat per 2 oz. Its made by Archer Farms, I highly recommend it! I am also having a nice big salad. And no beer or chips!
Julie, I have a spot cleared on the frig for the magnet, hope I get it this Wednesday!
Amy: I am really trying to get those veggies in. I have eaten more veggies in the last five months than I have in the past five years, I kid you not!
