I just discovered this and felt it was meant for me.
I am 29 years old with 4 kids.I have struggled w/ gaining and losing weight for 10 years. I once lost 75 lbs only to gain back 60.I worked very hard to lose 40 lbs this last year on Weight Watchers and met my goal 2 weeks ago. This morning I weighed and I have gained back 6 lbs.I am determined not to do this to myself. As of RIGHT NOW I am going to do better.Gotta go-baby crying.

(I have 4 also). Anyway, journaling is a great way to keep on track and become aware of your habits, good and bad. The people on this board are GREAT and lend a lot of support!
for a speedy recovery!
When I click on a smilie I get the word. What am I doing wrong?

Remember we all have our bad days, but the important thing is that you still keep trying and move forward. Glad to hear the baby is doing better.
Of course my pants are too tight,so i don't really understand.I'll take iit though.I will get plenty of exercise tomorrow,I have to clean house/run errands/pack etc.The baby(Rachel)seems to have felt better today. The older 3 are so axcited about the trip all they can do is ask a million questions.
