Totals were a little high because I decided to have a fiber cake and more soy crisps than I should have...

I really stocked up at Trader Joe's, I bought 2 packs of fiber cakes (all they had) and 2 packs of bran muffins. The cashier must have thought I had serious issues...

They are all in the freezer and will last me a while!
I had a really rough night last night, I actually cried myself to sleep over my failure to lose weight.

I'll admit that I cheated and hopped on the scale this morning. It wasn't pretty.

I've pretty much decided milk was not the culprit because I haven't had any in 2 weeks and the bloating is back. I'm just at a loss over what to do. I think I am going to get a food sensitivity screening. There has to be something I am eating that is preventing me from losing weight. I have been SO good these past few weeks and have seen no results. No BLTs or anything! It's really getting me down...
I didn't get to the gym yesterday, but I did 40 minutes of Pilates today while DH took DD to tap! I exceeded my goal!!!

Anna, it could be 5 degrees in the house and I'd still strip down and jump on the scale! It's a bad obsessive thing, I hope I can break the habit!
