I think you did the 4 worlds on the black shirts in 4 different colors-they looked fabulous btw...
Anyway, I am trying to do the same, and when I did a test print on both a 8x10 and 5x7 size the edges came out fuzzy.
I thought perhaps it was because I was doing a greyscale/fast option, so I put a transfer in and clicked best and it too came out fuzzy around the edges, not crisp like yours.
What am I doing wrong? I used both Adobe Illustrator and my Kodak software and had the same problem. Did I save them wrong?

Just so I understand, I should have saved any of the graphics in the largest size possible for clarity?? As I am doing this on Sunday you will probaly see posts from me popping up since I am terrifically-craft- challenged...
