Amtrak Sales??

Does anyone know when Amtrak put out there sale prices. Last year with that one full price one half price and one free deal, I got 14 people to WDW for about $500 r/t. Now just putting in myself, 2 kids 2-15 and a infant gets me $388 or something like that. I need a sale or something.
