Amtrak: Can I get off 1 stop early?

We have already bought and paid for tickets from Philadelphia to Kissimmee. We had intended to get off there, but now it might be better for us to get off in Orlando. I've checked the fare and it is much more expensive now, so re-booking is not an option.

We will be checking luggage, which I'm sure matters.

So, is it possible to do this with checked bags? If so, I'm assuming we would need to notify whoever takes our baggage in Philadelphia to ensure it is unloaded in Orlando.
