Amount Due Increased?

I just checked my reservation on the Disney website and noticed that my total amount due increased $12. I am on the 7 day Eastern. Not a big deal, but I am curious why. I thought once you booked you locked into a price.

I seem to recall a recent post about the port fees at one of the calls had increased. Anyone recall?

There was an increase in the government fees and taxes. In addition I know on the Western Key West had an increase in their port charges.

The rates for the cruise are locked in, however the port charges/government fees and taxes are subject to change at any time as DCL has not control over those and everyone has to pay them.

We are going 11/6 7 night western and have already received 2 different increases. You will probably get the paper work sooner or later.
