Amex "Be Our Guest" cards accepted at WDW?

I've got a few $50 American Express gift cards, and I'm hoping I can use them during my stay in September.

Do the major WDW restaurants take Amex? If so, does anyone foresee a problem with using these cards? I won't be on any of the Disney dining plans.

They will be gladly accepted anywhere on property that accepts Amex.
