Amerisuites Universal...Anyone tried it?

We have just added 2 days to the beginning of our trip and are going to try IOA for a day. Has anyone stayed at Amerisuites? We will only be there for 2 nights so clean is a priority over theme. Thanks for any help. We have also seen Clarion, but it's currently $10 more per night than Amerisuites. Any opinions?

It is pretty much brand new...been open for about a year, if that. The one in texas was fine..it should be a great place to spend a couple of nights.

We stayed at Amerisuites near the airport after being bumped by airlines. Very nice hotel-large,clean, comfortable rooms. Great continental breakfast.
