Have you lost your mind? When you hear her sing, nevermind that it is coming from the mouth of a child, but just her singing she is easily the most talented person on the show.

Sick or not you better get used to it, the contest is over... Jackie wins.

And don't feel too bad for Gravity... win or loose they will be signed for their own show.

She's over extending her voice, and it's a lot of glitz and glamour. Is she a good singer? Sure. Would she be in the top 10 if she was an adult? I'm not sure. Heck, I'm a classically trained singer myself, vocal operatic performance was the first thing I went to college for. And I do not believe even I would make it to the top 10 this year. She's a child. Besides a good but young and not fully developed voice, that's her novelty.

I am also of the mind that young children should NOT be a part of this contest. Vegas show, by a child. Not really something I think is appropriate.

Stuff and nonsense. Susan Boyle lost out to a dance group on BGT (Diversity)! So even with her rags to riches story and drop dead amazing voice, it wasn't enough to clinch the win.

I think it will come down to Poppycock, Fighting Gravity, Jackie Evancho and Michael Grimm. Jackie is super cute and mega talented (as much as the piano kid) but not enough to sustain a Vegas show but i do think she is amazing and will undoubtedly become a huge star.

I would pay to hear Jackie, but not a show of her own. Wouldn't mind seeing her as part of a larger show/concert. Ooooh! Maybe she could tour with Susan Boyle??

I'm sure she is talented but I have no interest in listening to her whatsoever. She's just not my cup of tea. Obviously you enjoy her, you're allowed because we're all allowed to have our own opinions. It doesn't make one right or one wrong.

The piano player was extremely talented as well but he went home. Who knows what will happen.

I think that Jackie is extremely talented. I just dont think she is the right one to win this competitioin. I think that Fighting Gravity should win. I think they are much more suited for Vegas (and I might be biased because half of my friends go to VT...lol)

And i agree that I think that part of the appeal is that she is so young. Operas are rarely just standing in the same place singing. SO could she move around adn act while signing...I dont know but that is something to consider. Musical acts do really well when they are not just standing and singing and we havent seen anything that shows she can sing that well when shes not standing still.

I dont hate opera. I find some of it boring...depending on what it is. I have seen two operas with Kristin Chenoweth and they were amazing. I wasnt bored once during the show. BUT, she is entertaining regardless of what she is doing. Shes just amazing overall IMO.

I think that as she grows up she will be amazing and very successful....but I just dont think she should win this competition. JMO.
