It depends on the wealth of the area or if it is a property with historical value.Americans, are HOA’s very common? I don’t think we have those here. Well, maybe one street in my neighborhood kinda has one, but it isn’t called HOA. There’s also condo associations which are apartments or townhouse complexes. And there are heritage areas that have regulations over what the outside of your house and property can look like. Generally though, an HOA isn’t something I heard about until the Dis.
I think they're more common where there are a lot of newer housing developments. They aren't common in my area outside of condos. Not a lot of planned developments and neighborhoods were built before HOAs were common.Americans, are HOA’s very common? I don’t think we have those here. Canadians, how popular is cricket in your country? It seems to be very popular among other UK commonwealth countries.

Is “sour” a word that Canadians use as slang? There is a couple that I watch on YouTube that go to LV a good bit and when things aren’t going well, they say it is sour. I had never heard that before. I was wondering if it was a Canadian thing or if they just made it up to keep from saying an ugly word.
So maybe a regional thing.Hear it a fair amount in this part of the country.

I’m not sure they have said. I have just heard them say they are from Canada.Could be. I'm in the east, where are the vloggers from.
