American Thanksgiving...

When do the crowds usually die down after your Thanksgiving? We are going to be in the "World" from the 2nd of December to 9th of December and I am a bit concerned about crowd sizes....when does your hoilday usually run? Do you get the Thrusday, Friday Saturday Sunday off?

Hi,

Crowds will start to thin out by Sunday afternoon (the 26th this year). There will be no residual Thanksgiving crowds while you are there.

It all depends on where you work. Schools are closed Thurs and Fri, but many businesses are open Fri. Fri is the busiest shopping day of the yr, we call it Black Friday. Many buisnesses that are open will allow employees to take Fri off, using a sick or vacation day.
