I wonder if I am the only one who does not care for Adam?? He screams all his songs. I can't get into the guy at all. Danny has the better voice by far. I think Danny gets alot more votes than Adam. That is why Simon told people to vote for Adam. They are afraid Danny may win. Back to voting for Danny!

Seriously! It seems like every week I'll see a whole line of posts praising Adam and then an occassional "Adam screemed that whole song, why does everyone like him?" But it seems like all the haters are on tonight.

Best of the night--Danny...I have been waiting for him to do Joe Cocker. Adam did well with Aerosmith, not so much with U2 and Kris did well with Apologize but I hated him doing Heartless.

Ain't that the truth! I just finished watching on the DVR, but I was reading a little bit ahead of what I was watching and I was really worried that Adam had really messed up tonight. And I thought how is that possible? Adam is always spot on. But, I didn't have to worry to much. He did a pretty decent job.

I can't say I loved the U2 song, but then again I'm not a huge U2 fan. I am a huge Aerosmith fan and think Adam did the song justice. He did his thing with it, but didn't change it up so much that you couldn't recognize it.

I think part of the problem with doing a popular song is that, so many people have it stuck in there head and when you do change it up, then no one likes it. I have even witnessed this when in concert the band that originated the song changes it some from the recorded version, it doesn't sound as good live.

Kris - never though he could pull off a Kenya West song, but he did a great job tonight. I do not like Kenya, don't like this song, didn't like it when he did it as a guest a couple of weeks ago either. Kris, however, did such a good job he made it a song I could like!

Danny - Oh, I don't know, he didn't make my ears bleed like last week, but I just do not like him. Something about him just comes across as preachy and holier than thou or something. Can't stand him! I really, really hope he goes home tomorrow.

Don't give up Robin. I'm on the road and can't vote so I'm hoping you can PLEASE keep throwing some votes to Adam on my behalf. I'd love a Kirs/Adam final but Adam fans have to vote for their boy.

I'm with you Tatania. Hopefully Robin can get enough votes in for the two of us. Next week, I am in the US, so if Adam is still there, I will vote enough for the both of us.

While I can't deny that Adam is extremely talented....it was nice of him to show some humility for a change and say how wonderful Danny and Kris are. I think Kris (who reminds me of Jason Mraz) will be the star of this bunch. Adam is too over the top Broadway and Danny doesn't have star power to me (though I like him). I miss little Allison....what a voice from a little girl!

Missed watching the show due to having to go to the store and then get dinner. Listened to Adam and Kris on Rickey and liked Kris but didn't get Adam at all this week... he sounded more like a female in "One"... and didn't do so well with "Cryin"....

When did he say something nice about Kris and Danny. I tend to fastforward through his performances. I also think he is acting.

Danny is not preachy. Just because someone has a job at a church doesn't make them a holy roller or preacher. Has he ever once said something about his faith on the show? He is however deep in his thinking. I think he thinks too much! But seems like a nice guy. They all seem nice. Don't trust Adam because he never talks - he just acts. But how hard is it to be great when everyone is telling everyone else he is great.

i don't vote but Kris is my pick. I think Adam will win though. He's good but not my cup of tea. David Cook is still my favorite pick ever.

The first thing I said to DH when Adam started to sing was, "What's with those Spock ears?" Dang if he didn't keep them on for his second screech.....I mean, song.

"One"....The first 30 seconds was fine. Then his inner diva came out and the screeching commenced. He just can't help himself. Half the time, I couldn't understand WHAT he was singing.

"Crying"...I've never been a huge Aerosmith fan, but this is actually my fav Aerosmith song. He butchered that baby. Every screech was like a knife slicing through the lyrics and melody. Enough to make your ears bleed.

Every single thing he does is so OVERLY dramatic. So so so overdone. When he emotes, I swear he looks as if his teeth are being drilled without benefit of anesthesia. "Oh, the pain I feel. Let me SHOW you the exquisite pain I feel with my extraordinary facial contortions. And watch while I show you the gift to the world that is my tongue!" Uhhhh, no thanks. If I want that kind of "subtlety" in a performer, I'll just watch an old silent movie.

The love fest by the judges is ridiculous. They are so determined to have him in the final that they will not admit his performances often fall short, just in a different way than the other performers.
