This Idol show was my last. All of my family agreed that if Danny left it's fixed. Now I believe. Like the DJ on the radio said we have know idea how the votes are counted and by who. The Show wanted Adam to win. Putting Kris in was a sure bet. Danny who has never been in the bottom goes home and Kris stays????? I wonder who is going to win next week???? Thanks but no thanks! They should have given the award tonight. We could skip all the corny dances and horrible live singers. I bet they will probably have Adam arrive by helicopter for his last performance.Simon did arrange it. I hope Kris is smart enough to know he is not going to win. Very bad season. I can only hope for next year. Good luck to Danny. He had a great voice. He won in my book!

Please oh please, don't let Adam win.

Think, Think, Think Adam and Kris were only separated by 1 million votes and you don't know who was on top! That is with Danny splitting with a Huge fan base. It isn't fixed. Kris is the best one to beat Adam. Danny was great and I liked him and voted for him, but Kris is hitting his peak now! Adam has peaked and headed down. Think.... Simon told people to vote for Adam and he didn't even break a 2% lead over a complete dark horse on Dial Idol. Please understand that we need the danny lovers to please vote so that Adam can't be crowned the AI by default. Please Danny lovers, try and vote with all your heart. If you think Danny was robbed, vote for Kris!

Kris has a real shot at this. Plus he is a real musician/artist and doesn't need to dress weird or wear eyeliner to do it! Come on back and stick it out one more week. And tell your family too!!

I think if the Idol Winner song is "rock-ish" (for lack of a better term), Adam will probably choose to sing a soft, slow song for his second one. I loved hearing Come Home during his homecoming trip, and he could bring the house down if he sings it in the final:

I think Adam has WAY more talent and stage presence than Kris, but I like them both. They're both current and will go far. I just find it hilarious, though, that all the Danny fans are now over-the-top bashing Adam and being really catty Maybe you should have voted more

Don't believe it for a second. They could have ended this show weeks ago with the praise they gave Adam. It was getting really old. I almost wish they would have announced him the winner and we could have gotten back to the show. I also wonder why Katie Perry was allowed to have Adam's name on the back of her cape??? How fair is that??? I forgot the show has been all about Adam this season so I'm not sure why I was surprised.

you DO have to give kudos to both Danny and Kris for hanging in there...I mean, Adam is on the cover of Entertainment, the constant limelight he is in...and overshadowing ..not by Adam himself , but by the media etc. I'm not sure I could give it my all...and giving Kris Apologize? C'mon, it was like a loaded gun but he dodged the bullett. I was very happy to hear Simon tell Kara and Randy that they were being unfair in their judging after unloading that on Kris.

The only way Adam wins this is if the Danny voters give up. I seriously doubt any Danny voter is going to switch over to Adam. He isn't an aquired taste. You either love him or hate him (style not the man). There were many who hated him and voted for Danny thinking Danny was the best threat. But Kris is really a threat for Adam.

Edited: Oh boy, I didn't mean to say that Drag thing. It just came out, guess I am really tired. I meant that if he dressed in drag it would mean more votes for Kris because lots of people would not like it. I am sure there are plenty who would. I am for the record sick of the blatant bias. Letting an entertainer wear that jacket was really bad for Idol. I just happen to think that Kris is more talented than Adam. Adam can sing and act but I believe Kris is a musician and artist. He has to be to be able to have come from no where to the finale with all the major news network already calling Adam the winner.

Well, I can't say I know how 'fixed' the show is....

But, I do have to say that I am one of the few who has never bought into all the Danny hype. I never understood why he was supposedely assumed to be in the finals... I mean, the man can sing.. No doubt about that!. But I have just never seen any star quality to him, at all.... I was like Gokey-go-home....

In fact, if you look at the last three weeks, all he has tried to do is emulate Adam... Trying to muster up some kind of pseudo 'style'. (Need I remind you of that last shrieky note from last week!!! ) look at what he was wearing tonight.

Kris did kind of come-out-of-the woodwork.... and he has built his fan base very effectively! I was like everybody else at first... like, he won't be around for too long... He has been a true surprise.

From day one, Adam has shown the vocal talent, the personality, and the maturity as an artist to WIN this thing!!! I can see how he does not appeal to some people. But, I think all the Adam bashing and sour grapes are really unwarranted.

I am like the posters who say, hey, either one wins....

But, I will point out what others pointed out last season when that little David Archuleta almost won over David Cook.... Let the lessor man have it... Cause the real winner is the one who does not take the prize, and is free to pursue their career free of AI demands and restrictions!!!

So, let Kris have the dubious title...
Adam needs to be a free bird!!!

It's all in the perception. To me the judges continually gave Danny a tongue bath each and every week. Even when he sounded the same, took zero chances, gave no creative effort and danced around like a drunk uncle at a BBQ, the judges loved him. I think the praising of him for sounding worse then the original got really old each and every week. They clearly wanted him to stick around.

That's how I saw it. You saw it completely differently. It is just a show after all.

I am definitely NOT a fan of Adam's persona... The 'goth-alternative' look, the eyeliner, etc.... But, at least I am mature and objective enough to look past that, to see the person and the talent.
