I got half way through Lee and had to turn it off. I LOVE that guy but it made me too nervous to watch. He looked lost without his guitar.

I didn't hear Paige yet but know what she was singing. I have said this before. NO ONE should ever ever EVER sing that song but Phil. George Huff a few seasons back attempted it and it was awful. I know others did on this show and none of them sounded good. Mariah killed it (and not in a good way). I don't know why that song is impossible to cover well, but it just IS.

HA! It's so true. These song choices seem questionable. Although, I did like Lee's.

I think Tim is a good enough singer. Certainly good in today's standards where his vocals can be enhanced. He does have the "it" factor because he is boy next door and extremely marketable with the young teen population. He's a cutie and will sell Teen Beat magazines.

and speaking of Queen, i know they had Queen week in season 5, but no one has ever sang "Another One Bites the Dust".....i'm waiting for someone to man up and actually sing it!

Or, if they've got the chops for it, "Bohemian Rhapsody". That's a karaoke fav at our local SF convention. And a group song because MOST of the room get into it.

Paige was hard to watch. It was just a train wreck.

idk with these judges anymore. they tell some people not to change it, then they tell others to change it.

then Kara...."you acted like you already had it" what?? i think he's just done trying to impress the judges and just wants to go out there and have a good time. that's what i'd do.
