well i know this season they already did top 10 hits of the billboard 100

why can't they just be like "....sing what you want to sing" or you know.....or close to something you want to sing.

Which might actually give us an idea of what type of artist they are! Nah, we don't need to know that. Let's just listen to them murder songs they've never heard of before (ala Katie and the Rolling Stones.)

BTW - if Jared had to be replaced, Ian is a good choice.

i'm with you on Cook's last album, not so great. it had TWO songs on it that i even liked, i'm hoping this second one is much better. I HAVE FAITH!!

my DH actually likes his album a lot, he listens to it in his car a lot, too.

he's got too many slow, mellow songs that kind of sound the same. sometimes i can't tell when one song ends and another begins, it's very generic. that's why i'm excited for his new album, i think it'll be really good!
