i highly doubt a group of people in one town was the reason that Adam lost. more like....he wasn't as good as he thought he was, so people didn't vote for that reason.

I think a lot of the people who liked him probably didn't vote. I don't,I think I voted during Carrie/Bo but not too much otherwise. a few other years. none this year

well tbh, America's been wrong a lot this season, so i guess it's about right that they keep Andrew.

The bloods and the crips? He and Katie came into this as two of the front runners. I think it might take a few more weeks for their fan bases to taper off.

I can hardly wait to see how badly this tour ends up doing this year. Who is going to PAY to see this bunch???

lol well Gokey's pastor had a twitter account that was popular (I remember seeing it....had tens of thousands of followers at the time), and he tweeted to his followers and I guess word spread?

Idk, all I know was that I liked both Adam and Kris, so I wasn't THAT horribly upset about Kris winning....just not expecting it.

Ahhh, you mean Taylor Hicks?

I think a couple years ago he played the Teen Angel in the Broadway production of Grease. That's the last I heard of him. That and he was released by his record label for poor sales.

Ok everyone is gonna hate me - my sister is voting for Andrew. The only reason I want him to at least make it for 2 weeks is because the only way she will go to the concert is if he's there. Otherwise I'll have to find someone else to go with! But I'm still mad that he's there over Alex.

What I heard last year was that Gokey's hometown pastor, mad that Danny was eliminated, and wanted Kris to win because he didn't approve of Adam's lifestyle, so he converted Gokey's fans into Kris fans, hence one reason why he won.

Some people of that kind of "nature" shouldn't judge those because of their "alternative" lifestyles.....

but i agree with everyone else, he wouldn't have made it as far as he did if people really had a problem with him being gay. and my reasons for disliking him has nothing to do with him being gay. more power to him in that sense, i have gay friends and i'm all about gay rights. i just don't care for his screech and his attitude.
