I always laugh when I hear the lyrics during the farewell montages "I think I'd better leave right now..."

I always think "Well, I'd assume so. You can stay for the first few hours but after that the janitors need to clean up, and you need to check out of your hotel and go home in defeat."

At least the song isn't "Bad Day"....I forever hate that song now because they played it for Idol....I'd listen to the lyrics "but you had a bad day..." and I'd go "Well, you THINK?"

When they had Daughtry's "Home" as the song, I was actually happy. I loved that song, and I still love it after the show. Has a good staying power to it.

I like "Bad Day". It's rather catchy.

Daughtry's "Home" video was mostly shot at his free concert in Greensboro. I was there for that.

Daughtry's "Home" video was mostly shot at his free concert in Greensboro. I was there for that.

Don't get me wrong, I used to love the song. Just week after week after week of hearing it, oh and also my nephew constantly playing it on my"Singstar" video game all the time, it got old for me. Can't help it if I don't like it anymore lol.

Well I didn't watch the performance shows....

But with tonights losses...I now know what Patsy Cline would have sounded like after sucking down some helium and doing an impersonation of the chipmunks while singing "I Fall to Pieces".


And the highlight of all my fast forwarding--Scott and Matt singing Billy Joel and losing four more people who know how to slaughter songs.

1 week closer to a finale. I just hope my baby doesn't hold me hostage unitl AI is over so that she doesn't come into this world to suck-a-licious singing. I really seriously was hoping I could go on or before my due date like I did last time.
