Definitely a snoozefest of a night. I didn't even watch all of every ones performances except Crystal and Casey (the very obvious final two). I ADORED Casey's "Power of Love" but that song was practically the theme song to my youth! I love Huey Lewis and the News.

Siobhan is so bizarre. When she is singing she has her face all crunkled up...like somebody put a bag of dog poop under her nose.

he seemed kind of odd, tbh, didn't he?? like everytime they critiqued him he was just like "Yeah whatever....i was just having fun....whatever"

What I think is HYSTERICAL is that it seems like almost every single one of these contestants act SURPRISED when given the weekly themes. Sheesh, folks, if not just in your performing life in general at least start doing your HOMEWORK when you make it to Hollywood week! KNOW the Billboard Top whatever, have some charts ready to go for various genres like...oh I DON'T KNOW, maybe THE BEATLES? or the Rolling Stones, Motown groups, girl groups (marvelletes, Supremes), boy bands (New Kids, etc.), musicals... KNOW what keys are your best, KNOW where you break is, KNOW what your range is, be willing to go ouside your comfort zone, LISTEN to the judges and tweak your performances be familiar with all types of genres - country, gospel rap, blues, musicals, Motown. DON'T be a musical ignoramus - be familliar with Frank Sinatra, Lady Gaga, Madonna, Tony Bennett, Albertina Walker, the ENTIRE Winans clan, Eddy Arnold, Lady Antebellum, Les Paul and so on.

ita with this! Paige was acting lastnight as if she had NO CLUE what songs to pick. they know a few weeks ahead of time what the theme is going to be, you have plenty of time to figure something out that will suit you. i can understand maybe one bad week, EVERYONE has that, but not week after week, and then blaming it on song choice. that's YOUR fault, don't try and blame it on anyone else.

I'm going to go out on a limb here, we're talking about how they look confused and had trouble with songs. They had three days because the theme changed in the middle of the week. Some of them had already picked their song and had it ready. We know they get them in advanced as Crystal said last night her performance is ready for next week.

like i said, i can understand ONE bad week(and really, they shouldn't have changed the theme like that on them, it wasn't fair) but some of them have had PLENTY of bad weeks. you can only use the "Song choice" excuse for so long before it gets old, you know?

i don't mind because i watch dialidol too, but be careful with posting that over here because i know some people will consider that a "spoiler". just a heads up, because i got introuble for it a few seasons ago lol

If you look at the numbers they all have the SAME numbers except Crystal. No one is in red so it looks like anyone is low man.

When it comes down to it, TPTB know who they want on the tour.

I agree completely. I think the only reason the theme changed is because certain people couldn't find a song, because from what I understood as of Friday afternoon Mike didn't have his.
