I heard that Chris will be on Regis and Kelly on Monday making the talk show circuit, anyone hear of any other shows that he'll be on? I'm curious to see what song he does.

I really don't know what to believe anymore. I did hear a rumor that Kat's voice came up when people tried to vote for Chris. Well, if this is true, how can it be proven? Do they vote again? Is it worth all the trouble?

Don't believe the rumors! These same rumors pop up every year and, like someone else said, these rumors didn't pop up on boards until AFTER Chris got the boot. If it was such a big deal, why weren't these things posted before the Wed. elimination? If you ask me, I think it's just people dialing the wrong number.

oh and as far as the rumors - the radio station that was reporting it here - Tampa based - was talking about it WEDNESDAY morning before anyone got voted off.

I'm sure with as many people calling at the same time there are bound to be wacky things happening - any season.

As always just my opinion of course. But are you kidding me?
If Taylor had gone home Wednesday I think the uproar we're seeing with Chris fans would be mild in comparison to the outcry from the Soul Patrol folks.

I like Taylor but the sites I visit about him have people who are bordering on MANIACAL! I mean they really take the term "fanatic" seriously!

I think Chris has been taking his dismissal with dignity. If there was some sort of voting snafu or the phone lines were mixed up, I sort of hope Chris tells AI to kiss off. He's got an offer from Fuel, multiple companies dying to sign him and a bright future without the title. HOWEVER, it wouldn't be the first time we had a do-over. Remember the phone graphic mess-up from last season?

They're the Claymates of Season 5!!! There really haven't been anything even close to the Claymates until the Soul Patrol came along.

You should be happy, at least Simon picks good songs. Paula, not so much. Her last year's pick for Bo was not the greatest.

Hi guys, I just got the news and I am pretty stunned. So much for my intuition, I was sure Chris would win. My condolences to all you Chris fans, I'm sure it is sad.

On the other hand, apparently my friends are thinking I'm some kind of genius about Elliot because no one , including me, thought he'd get this far and they are saying, wow, you knew all along. Now I don't think he'll win, but I'm so happy for his success so far!

I didn't think Elliott would make it this far, but I'm glad he did. Taylor, Chris and Kat are stiff competition. I'm shocked our boy sailed through on this last round. I don't think I have a favorite - Gasp! Weird, but true. I like them all for various reasons.

Is there anyone hear who still thinks that song choices are spoilers??? Can we just say what we hear or do we still need to keep them hidden??? I would like us to just post any rumours that may come along since nobody knows that they are really true until we hear them anyway or they are published by some reputable news source.

My final 3 would have been (not in this order):

* Chris
* Taylor
* Kellie

Abviously, that was blown out the window. I'm very sad to see Chris leave as I feel he was more deserving than Kat.

In Kat's defense, Kellie had a really bad song before and she admitted it. The next week, she was still around. Obviously, she had a ton of fans who felt she deserved another chance. Kat ROYALY messed up on Tuesday (more than Kellie in my opinion) and I guess her fan base wanted to give her another chance. I don't agree, because going through all the past performances, I think Chris was MUCH better. I heard from people so upset by Chris leaving that said Kat is so bad that she must be sleeping her way to the top (thus, them miscounting votes or messing with the phone lines).

Oh well, that's life...you win some, you loose some. I do think that Chris will be much better of as well.

Guess I'll be voting for Taylor now! He brings some fun and excitement to the show.

I don't see song choices as spoilers either, Damo. To me a spoiler would be more like knowing who is getting eliminated. Since Fox is willingly broadcasting the choices I'd say it's safe to just post what you hear.

We had a lead in to our local news a couple days ago about Kellie being in a lot of "hot water" with AI over something she did. I never did hear what the story was, does anyone know?
