I think I have now lost faith in the voting system. I think it is fixed. I voted for Chris from the time the lines opened till they closed. I could not get ONE vote in for him. His line was busy the whole time. For him to be in the bottom three something is really wrong!!!!!! This is when I start getting disgusted in these voting shows. Kelli is still on the show??? That says it all.

My sister was voting for Chris for an hour and 15 minutes and said she only got in 2 votes.

My other sister voted for Ace hardcore and said she got a ton of busy signals too.

My DD voted forever for Paris and couldn't get through and last week my other DD couldn't get through for Bucky... I think it is a lot of people trying to vote and not that many singers left? I know some of my friends who have never voted are voting this season.

I agree... I don't think she will win it all but top 3. I like her, she doesn't bug me and I know my girls have thrown some votes her way every week (well not last night- she had a really bad night)

I voted for Chris last night as well. It took me forever to get through. I posted this on another thread but I'll do it again...What is up with Kellie??? She can't sing!! She sucked last night!! She admitted she did!! Why is she never in the bottom three??? Sorry if this has been asked before...I didn't go all the way back and read them!

Wow, okay.. first, my statement was everyone I know loves Taylor. I don't know you, you are not part of everyone I know. You are not part of the group of people I was referring to. I was referring to my circle of friends and employees that watch AI. Not quite sure why you jumped on me over this when I'm just talking about people I know and who they are rooting for.

I'm 40 and I LOVE Taylor. How can you not like a guy like that? He makes me smile everytime I see him sing and dance...and what a positive happy guy...such a doggone cutie!

I hate to see Ace go, only because I can stare at him for hours, but at the same time, I think he needed to go awhile back.

Chris is amazingly talented and I can't wait to buy his CD...

Perhaps Chris doesn't have as big a fan base as everyone thinks he does. As far as voting-it should be on performances--all of them..not a popularity contest (the vote for Chris signs remind me of high school politics).

No he didn't deserve bottom 2---but it could be a very humbling moment for him and he will rise above it.

And YEAH--American knows that sounding like you got kicked--isn't good quality singing!

This line explains it all. When there were 12 singers all those calls had some room to get through. With each singer that leaves those calls start to jam up other lines. So you have the same number of dial ins with less chance of getting through. I actually haven't done too much voting this year, but I might start next week. I try to wait until the last 1/2 hour because it seems easier to get through later in the evening. Right after the show ends all the younger ones are calling in.

I know not everyone starts to vote for someone else but I'll bet there are a lot that do. I usually pick one person and vote, I don't spread my votes around.....I'm not that kind of girl

I haven't been online since last night's show, but I was amazed at most of the performances! I think last night was one of the best shows I've ever seen. And what a weird night when Simon has nothing but nice things to say to the first three contestants.

I really enjoyed everyone last night. I definitely noticed that towards the middle of the song, Kellie got ahead of the music, but I don't think her performance was really that bad.

As for the bottom three, I'm sure Ace is going home tonight, with either Chris, Kellie or Paris being the two others in the bottom three. Ace has already been in the bottom 3 three times, so tonight would be his fourth. If he doesn't go home tonight, I think he'd probably have the record for most times in the bottom three. Is there anyone who was ever in the bottom more than 4 times?

I think that tonight's show is going to be the same as they've done the past two years with the top 7. They're going to put 6 of them into 2 groups of 3, and then the 7th person is safe. I think that Taylor is going to be that 7th person, because if he was in any of the groups, his group would be the one that's obviously safe. Either Kellie and Chris will be in separate groups, so it will be hard to pick out which group is the bottom. Or Kellie and Chris will be in the same group and it will be shocking because it turns out to be the bottom 3. That's how I see it happening tonight.

That's how it was with Bucky...Busy, busy, and then a vote wth me constantly calling. I would also get told that the number didn't work. It really does make you wonder...

Taylor used to be one of my favorites, But all I can say is....
Taylor.....totally classless. I have never seen anyone on the show before with that low of class and bad taste.

I don't care if anyone else shares my opinion...I was disgusted...had to vent.

Did you catch her saying that with Rod on Tuesday night? I thought it was pretty "out there" when she said it. Then on the results show when he got done singing she was right up in front in his face. She tries to be front and center all the time!
