I love Chris's voice but I agree with Simon, I'd like to see Chris do something different. I'd like to hear his voice when he is just singing and not screaming everything.

FINALLY! Simon told Chris what I have been thinking for weeks! I used to really like Chris but it seemed like he was singing practically the same song each week! Try something else dude!

Does anyone notice that Paula is more negative towards the women? I've noticed that a lot. She's always more flirty & positive towards the guys

Maybe Simon caught wind of all the people on message boards complaining that he says to all the other contestants that they need to get out of their box and try something else but he would compliment Chris for knowing who he was and refusing to compromise.

I totally thought Katherine (sp?) did a terrible job, she is definitely not Christina, sorry Simon!

It was a gospel song. I think it wasn't the right song for American Idol.

I'm with you Nancy - Katharine sounded a bit off on some of the notes to me. We must be seeing a different show than everyone else
