I am happy, I voted for Caleb and Jena/gena. Next week should be good entertainment.

So this week when we went to Mohegan Sun, there were lots of promos for Adam Lambert and Queen, coming there this summer. And Josh Groban, also this summer.

I was hoping Alex would go, but wasn't surprised it was Jessica.

I felt sorry for her, she seems like the type of person to not show a whole lot of emotion and she was having so much trouble keeping it under control after she found out she wasn't going to be in the final 3.

I do hope someone gives her a recording contract, but hope she goes back to country music. I would definitely buy her music.

And Caleb's. I'm still hoping he wins, but kind of wondering if Jena will end up overtaking him in the end. We'll see.

Glad to see Scotty coming back next week to sing.

...I watched a half hour show in 9 minutes....isn't FF great? I suspected all along tht Jessica was gonna be the one...

Catching up on this week's shows.


Each of the Final Fantastic 4 had 3 bites of the cherry. Why didn't they just cut the first two out??? Boringly. Awful. Rounds. 1 and 2.
I didn't look up at all for any of the first two rounds.




And then I was totally mesmerised by round 3.

It was a hard pick between Caleb and Jena in that final round. Two brilliant performances in completely different ways.


Personally, thank goodness America did the correct thing this week.

And then there were 3.

I've consistently been saying Caleb and Alex as the final 2 all season. I have to admit that I'm now hoping for a Jena/Alex final. But I'm happy to see how the performances play out next week.

I thought it was a mistake. Alex should have gone.

I liked Jessica and think she has a lot of talent. Her problem was consistently making poor song choices. I think it goes to show just how important song choice is.

When someone else picked her songs she seemed to have a much better night. She also did much better when singing her own songs.

For me, she clearly came in 4th this week. While the others had some songs they didn't do as well with, they still were better than she was, IMO.

I'm curious what you saw that showed this? I saw it more in the attitude Jess had through the season anytime she was criticized. I've never noticed it in Caleb. He just strikes me as someone loving the ride.
