You should read the facebook pages... Yikes, I hope she doesn't read them, she'll commit hari kari.

And then the judges will tell her that's the BEST suicide they've ever seen!!

One reviewer I read last week said it best... "how do they expect her to get better if they keep telling her she's PERFECT, which is far from the truth." They are doing her no favors.

Interesting little blip from an interview with Angie

More you than anyone else, do you worry about not being able to do what you want to do? Because you are an artist.
Extremely, yeah, extremely. And especially, whoever wins this competition is going to have to come out with an album in six weeks, and that means, we’re not really going to be able to write all the songs on the album because we just won’t have the time. So it’s kind of scary that we’ll have to take writer’s songs. It’s like, what if you don’t like their songs, so I’m definitely nervous about that. But I really trust and love the people at 19 Entertainment, so I know that they’ll get good songs from good writers.

Ya know why the shows bore me so much??? There are *4* singers in a 2 hour show. They stretch it out with so much filler. At this point, the show should be 1 hour. Each singer singing 2 songs. I can't stand how over produced this show has become. I miss the first few seasons when you really felt for the kids and saw their point of view. Now, it's all staged and overproduced.

The only "realness" is Jimmy's commentary. I don't even listen to the "judges" anymore.

That's why I DVR the show and can then speed through it. Couldn't handle trying to watch it for 2 hours!!!

I think Angie is finally breaking out!

Little 80's girl was the one who blew me away, on a very UN-impressive night. (where did they get those songs????)

If she could perform and emote like she does behind the piano, upfront behind a mike....

For the poster who put Angie last, perhaps your age and style/tastes are showing

Nobody can touch Kree, vocally.

But, was she trying to throw the competition on purpose or something.
What in heck was she doing, with that presentation, that band with the horrid retro-organ thing going... and instead of a focused 'star' performance, both of her songs were like a haphazard garage band session.

And WHY are they pushing Amber????? Just going for the youth-teen market????

If KREE is going to throw the competition, then even though I love our 'Queen Latifa' Candice.... I am starting to root for Angie!

The only thing I can think of is so she might have more control of her album then Interscope having control. Kree has done "It Hurts So Bad" before and I would listen to the older version before the one she did last night.

I think with Amber they think they can get their own Beyonce/Rihanna type singer.

I agree with you about Angie and emoting...she thrives behind a piano but without it she struggles.

How do you compare Candice to Queen Latifah???

Maybe my age and taste is showing,too.. which I consider wisdom and developed preferences , because Angie does nothing for me. I DO prefer her over Amber... but I preferred Lazaro over Amber.
