My 20yo son ONLY listens to gospel but he knows he's a rare one. Curtis would've impressed him A LOT. Joshua Ledet showed us last year that that genre doesn't go too far on this show because JL could wipe the floor with CF Jr.

BTW, my son thinks JL hung the moon!

I don't deny that Curtis is good. He is just extremely unlikeable.

Joshua Ledet on the other hand is not just good, he's top of the heap good. And he is a class act. Big difference. I like gospel music too. I admit both can sing gospel. Joshua I think has the ability to sing other stuff, not so sure about Curtis. I guess time will tell.

I could barely tolerate Nick and Vincent. I will be sad that any of the others get to continue.

I took for granted the great radio play of the 80's and 90's that included Boyz 2 Men and others until I tried to listen to the "regular radio" the other day and the (name who we will no longer mention ) was singing about being a band geek
Oh and she was also out of tune I swear

I've trained my radio to change the channel whenever she's on...

I so agree. He gives off that "religious" diva vibe that I cannot STAND. Joshua, otoh, was HUMBLE, which is an important Christian trait too many "christians" forget about.

I can't even REMEMBER the guys with the exception of Curtis and the little crying guy. I know AI wants a girl to win this year but GEEZ, did they have to be so OBVIOUS????

I caught up on one sick Sunday! Really not much to get excited about, I was just on the official boards and even they don't have much to talk about this year.

BBM-Boy is that the truth-there is a huge difference in the talent between the boys and girls. I'm still kinda hoping for a wildcard or two. I'd tolerate more crummy boys for one or two more awesome girls that can easily out sing most of the boys.

I don't even REMEMBER who Paul and Nick are... that's how pathetic this group is. I had to do a search and came up with Paul McDonald and Nicki Minaj!!
