So my local paper this AM relates that Chris Isaak has met with Fox twice regarding being the newest AI Judge. Not sure I want my own personal idol (see my tag) joining a sinking ship!

The rumor is Chris Isaac, Donald Trump or Harry Conick Jr. They all have met with fox multiple times.

The only way I'd watch anymore is if it was Harry Conick Jr. He was great when he was on this past season! Loved him! Funny & knows what he's talking about. Musician, singer, composer & funny. Perfect match IMO.

I would love it if Harry Connick Jr. was the new judge. I don't really like his singing but he has an awesome personality and he gives good, useful critique. Whoever they choose, I think this upcoming season will be the last.

I LOOOOVED Harry Connick Jr on the show and on Ellen! He is so animated and funny!! His whole appearance was like an audition!!

Load of rumors flying around regarding the judging panel for this Winter's American Idol. Latest word is that there will be three judges for Season 10: Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, and Steven Tyler.

The only thing worse would be if the other rumor is true and they do end up adding Jessica Simpson.

My vote is for Harry Connick Junior, Steven Tyler and someone I can't think of yet

According to TMZ.com, it appears that Randy, Jennifer & Steven are the judges http://www.tmz.com/ ... the only thing I'm happy with is that Kara is OUT ...

Would be so happy about Steven Tyler! I know that lots of people have a different opinion about him. But he is extremely vocally talented. Even if you don't like his singing or music, he really knows how to use his voice as an instrument. Nice guy and a super-dynamic personality. But, I swear I read that Aerosmith was one of those kind of anti-American Idol bands. Maybe I'm remembering wrong. I do know that lots of the old-time Aerosmith fans may just blow a gasket!
