I wasn't too fond of Ruben's first song. He's done much better.

I don't see what's so great about Ruben, he bores me to tears. I'm sure he'll win, but man.......I don't get it.

I know this isn't fixed, but it sure seems like it!!

Oh well, I liked Vanessa(was that her name?) from the beginning.

I only caught the last song each. I will say Ruben's style is much more of what I really love, but there is nothing about him that wows me. His voice is only okay... I heard better in my DH's college dorm suite. So I want Clay to win, but like last time, my favorite will probably be #2.

Ahhh, I can't vote. I've said it all along, Clay has far and away the most natural talent, but there is something so appealing about Ruben - Dionne Warwick hit the nail on the head when she said he was the Velvet Teddybear.

Loved Ruben's Imagine, but Clay's Bridge Over Troubled Waters blew me away! I'd have to give the slight edge to Clay, but I just am so loyal to both of them that I've decided not to vote.

Ruben was ok, but I too was kind of bored with him. I love the song Imagine, and I did think he did a pretty decent R&B version of it.

I loved all three of the Clay songs. I knew as soon as Ryan said he was going to sing Bridge over troubled water that he was going to blow us away. I was right. Was it just me that teared up when Simon told him that he thinks he just won the competition with that song????

*sigh* I need a real life. I look so forward to this show every week. I don't know what I will do once it's over. *sob* Oh well, at least American Juniors will tide me over until the next one. ( I hope)

They both did great tonite..but I think Bridge Over Troubled Water may have been the one that wins it for Clay..unlike Simon..I loved his first song..and it IS his single to be released in June..They both deserve a recording contract, but Clay outsang Ruben tonite!!!..GO CLAY!!!
